    I realize why you do not accept any returns on this item, Because it will NOT play any of my 4k Blu Ray discs!! I've have tried several different disc and none of them will play in this player. Dollars not well spent with your company!!

    we have sold a few of these and even kept one for ourselves. plays 4k blue rays just fine. i havent had a issue and neither have the other buyers. was brand new in the box when we sent it to you. if you think its a manufacturer issue the product has a warranty through magnavox. we dont offer returns on any of our items cause people will sometimes replace them with broken items or break it themselves and try to return the items. we arent a major store like best buy.
