Having an idea of what ita bags retail for, my expectations weren't super high at this price point. Fabric is heavier than expected (a positive) & there appear to be no loose seams. The zipper is visibly offset by ≈1", but is seamed so the slider doesn't come off. Hardware for the shoulder strap is cheap, but not so flimsy that I'm immediately replacing it. Might need to singe or seam a couple things, but it's pretty good value for the cost.
