The size stated in the hat is ‘One Size’ but I always measure myself with a tape measure - I only had one of these hats.
56-57cms is pretty accurate in my opinion - I am not sure if it is too big or too small on you but it is rare for me to get 55cms or 58cms hats - most modern hats are 56cms now-a-days.
The mannequin I use for photos is 56cms and the hats looks a perfect fit to me.
