I don't understand the concept of the "open box" Milwaukee tools, as I don't see anywhere on the unit that it has been rebuilt, remanufactured or is otherwise anything less than brand new. I don't see the point in removing the tool from the original box, packing and padding it in a different box, throwing away the manual, and sending it out. I don't get it.
