At first there was some confusion about shipping and ordering the right part. But I spoke to the GM personally and he cleared everything up and even gave me a full refund without returning the part. I would definitely buy from them again. The general manager is a good hearted human being that we need more of in this world. Thank you again.

Still waiting. Received valve body but no gaskets and no separator plate. I called and was informed that the separator place would have to be ordered separately and gaskets were suppose to be in box but only received empty envelope so Iām still waiting for my order to be filled. Also , if your having transmission issues that give you a valve body code then that could mean a bad valve body but more offer then not it is actually the separator plate and check balls! So why no plate ?

At first we gave the benefit of the doubt for his grievance. But when he began misstating facts we kow think otherwise. We always send gaskets and contact info in the envelope. We do not anywhere offer the separator plate as part of the listing. It boldly states you can request one in the Description area. We were informed by him later of the issue and said no problem we will send them asap. His opinion on the separator plate is ill informed. The ranting was unnecessary we were always available

Nice part but the filter provided to me was different from OEM filter. I'm still waiting on a solution to this issue but their response, communication and customer service is great.
