- 9***9 (641)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseWell, book arrived broken in half. This was due to not being shipped in a robust enough mailer. This is common knowledge when shipping heavy textbooks. Sort of surprised that the seller did this. The seller used a flimsy USPS thin cardboard mailer. That's not going to cut it. BUT at least the seller did a partial refund which is better than nothing although now I have a 40 year old way out of date broken in half textbook lol that I prob paid too much for even w the partial refund.Follow-up from: 9***9- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller sent me an abusive message after I left positive, yet honest, feedback when I didn't even need to. Seller also claimed I was "nasty" which is an absolute lie. All my messages were professional and polite. I think the seller is probably just disappointed in themselves for providing poor service. Book damaged in transit, yet buyer felt the need to berate me through eBay messages--and AGAIN through his feedback comments for failing to package the book as he/she/they apparently would have. This person seems unwell, needs to have the last word, and exhibits narcissistic tendencies. I would steer clear, as he/she/they will accuse you of being abusive, while projecting that very behavior upon those who fail to meet his robust expectations. Blocked!
