This is a customer with 0 feedback they never contacted us or amade us aware of there being any issue and after reviewing the tracking the parcel was delivered to the customer 2 days after this feedback was left. from the tracking it seems there was an issue with the address the customer provided and it took the USPS a few extra days to get it to her had to be redirected we did everything correctly shipped quickly as promised
