Packaging was moderate but insufficient for delicateness of this item, however the cheap cost of 2 units validates low-cost packing. One of the slower items I've received from halfway across the country (Fla. to TX) but again: "get what you pay for". It works AFTER you 1st strip the lead wires to expose enough to connect w/battery terminals. Thanks, would consider dealing here again.
