      This item was delivered from our shop in Philadelphia, to the customer's address in Utah, within 24 hours of this feedback. In this case, the original package was lost in transit. We offered the choice of a refund or a replacement. The customer opted for a replacement, which we sent and which was delivered within a week of us being alerted to the issue!
