    Shipping doesn't work with this seller. I didn't receive to my address or my local PO. Parcel sent to another PO with no notification from seller where to pick-up & because I didn't pick-up was sent back before sender sent me a message about where to pick-up from. Sender advised I should change my delivery address

    Item was sent via Australia Post with tracking. I have no control on Australia Post delivery process. When item was not delivered, the local Australia Post store tried calling the buyer (number included on postage) but was unable to make contact. Item was subsequently returned to me and I provided a full refund (including the cost of shipping). Not sure what else I can do in this situation?
