Shipping was great. Unfortunately, the product itself stopped working in 2 weeks. Even after repeated messages, seller won't even share an invoice so I can get it repaired at the service center. So I think it is probably a counterfeit product. Seller didn't initially respond to my messages. Fortunately, I got a refund after filing a request through eBay and posting a video on YouTube.
