Seller sent the wrong item, it happens. But then they mucked me around for a week acknowledging it despite my clear photos. Then they ask for photos and vin for the car despite them just having sent the wrong part. Then demand I send back the old items and they receive them before sending the replacements. Having the items in the post with tracking isn’t enough for them. So basically they mess up the order, and then make me pay for that mistake. Terrible after sales support
