It seemed to have taken USPS longer than normal to deliver the package to this customer in Puerto Rico, just be aware we have no control over the item once it is given to the shipper. What we can control that is the time it takes us to ship the item out which is within 1 day of receiving the order many times it is the same day if the order is received early enough. The let down was USPS's delivery time, we did our part correctly, shipped quickly and packaged the product properly.
