      I never received the item after 3 failed attempts to ship the item. Each time it was returned to the seller from customs for lack of proper paperwork. The seller asked for more chances and offered a 50% discount on an additional saddle then changed it to 30% off. I just wanted the actual saddle I ordered before even thinking about sending more money for a discounted saddle when it was impossible to receive the original item purchased (2 months ago)
