One Blind (out of six) doesn’t sit well and hangs lower to one side. We have troubleshooted to no avail. I will not bother to return as overall a good product. Would be helpful if seller had any ideas on how to fix this slight problem. They are replacing Aluminium blinds which are hard to clean and bend easily. I’m hoping I am the only one who notices it.

I’ve just moved house and needed all new blinds these have been brilliant makes it look so much better and saved so much money compared to other shops. Definitely recommend ��

Despite questionable condition of packaging by the time it turned up (as it had already been opened), items were undamaged and in good condition. Good value as always. Only issues were with the delivery company (DX) rather than the seller.

Seller stated problems with courier (royal mail). Said they would now use another courier- also royal mail. I pointed out that that was the same courier and got no response. Another week goes by and surprise surprise, it is still not posted. I contact seller again asking when this would be posted as it is a present and now needed urgently. Again I got no response. Terrible customer service
