Everyone makes mistakes, but putting the wrong item in the package and shipping it is the opposite of eBay's fundamental concept, LOL! They promptly refunded my money once I made them aware of their mistake, but that does not take away from the disappointment & frustration my daughter has from not getting the product she actually ordered. SMH!
