When I contacted the merchant they said I could send it back but refused to pay for the $23 in shipping it cost me to have it shipped!! Why should I pay for their mistake? We were not there so it is hard to say.We decided to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt and offered 3 fair solutions. The buyer stated that they wanted to keep the item for free.We do not like being scammed.
