It is unused no writing in it. It shows some light signs of discoloration or small stains here and there from storage and age, nothing major. The larger dark circles are from my camera lens and not stains. It is a great collectible for advertising pieces as well as vintage baby paperwork. It is spiral bound. It measures about 9 1/2" long by 7 1/4" wide. It has pages of milestones family history and more. A great addition to anyone's collection.”
