The reason she did not receive it had to do with the tariffs code because her item was from China and when it was shipped, there was no clearance code on it, and then it got returned to sender. She was promptly refunded the money but still left negative feedback without the benefit of the doubt when things come from China, this charge is not included on your checkout, payable usps

It was very frustrating. He received his item and the packaging was cut and the item was missing from the packaging, and you could clearly see the item was in the packaging. That is not my fault. If something happens to the package I had insurance on it. He got a full refund, and there was no reason for a negative feedback. It’s not my fault when something happens to the package because of the post.
