This package could not possibly have cost $18 to ship by USPS. If so, seller should get his money back. It did arrive in record time (3 days) but the box was punctured & broken. That's our great postal service for ya, your chances of safe & timely delivery are only 50/50. So why in the world would anyone use USPS when they could go with UPS or Fed Ex for the same exorbitant charge? Fortunately seller put the item in plastic so it was undamaged inside the torn box.
