Indeed, the person's address was incomplete, which made it impossible to return the item if the address had been correct.
We have taken full responsibility by issuing a complete refund to the person; we did not keep a single cent from them.
However, despite our actions, they left a negative review. What could be their intention? Ironically, we are the ones who suffered, having paid for the shipping costs to the wrong address, only for the item to be returned to us.
