The cord itself has been overheated and the inner wires are noticeable. Seller did not answer my emails about when I could expect the item. The item was not posted for 2 weeks after payment. But did arrive promptly once it was posted. In my opinion very poor customer service and attention to detail. I could have got a non-genuine but brand new charger for much less money.
