The minimum voltage that it passes through is 90% of the maximum voltage supplied. It does not actually allow for low speed motor operation. The dimmer switch actually functions backward as well ("low speed" gives higher voltage than "high speed").

I like the easy setup and programming, easy to use . Warning plz use a switch on are your going to burn it up , I didn't use any switch the first time when I was doing some maintenance on the battery . Take off the (+) and leave the (-) on the screen was still on 😤. Then it got hot and burn
