Thin, poorly made sweater, multiple flaws. Hip-length instead of thigh-length as pictured, fit more like a medium than a large. Only communication was when I wanted to cancel the order after 19 days of nothing, but they said it was already shipped - site still says shipped (no tracking) even though it was delivered a week ago (total of ~1 month). I wanted to return it, but I would have had to spent >$200 to ship to Israel (product came from China). Contacted them for complaint, never heard back.
