They shipped a replacement (and a return shipping label) quite quickly, and at no cost. The replacement was better looking than the one I'd paid for, and works perfectly. Great resolution. Seller tries very hard to charge extra shipping charges in varies ways. In some respect the attempted extras would not actually apply. Packaging was a disaster. The wrong type of pallet was used for the product. Product fell through slots in pallet which caused problems with hand truck and fork truck.
