    Item was delivered as advertised. It was labelled "open box", however the item did shiw some wear and damage as if it had been possibly used or not well taken care of. The price was comensurate with the quality. A new bit in mint condition would have cost considerably more. Packaging was not excellent, so some damage may have occurred in handling and shipping. Overall I was satisfied enough. The item was sold with a no return disclaimer. The item delivered was what it was advertised as.
