    That's very unfriendly ! I didn't claim that the item has been damaged by a storm and who said to you that it was online after damaged ? That's a conclusion of yours ! The damage was provoked after you made the purchase. After all, what is the problem ? You were informed about the situation and I asked sorry. You had been refunded normally !
