The power adjust plug did not line up with the factory hole in the door panel. I ended up removing the two screws securing the plug connection and pushing it through the hole without them. The plug held fine by the two body prongs on the side. The other thing was the provided gasket material was a sloppy fit. If your old one is in good shape, reuse it for a much better fit and fitment.

The bulb secures with a wire clip unlike the plastic turn-to-lock ring in the factory one. Installed easy and works and fits perfectly. Seller was quick to ship and arrived well packaged. Description should state the lack of ballast and cord and that's the only negative I have although very minor in my case
