Didn't receive with rest of order: customer service said i didn't even order it, then after showing screenshots, they changed the story to blame FedEx for not scanning it, this may sound mean, but to not own up to your mistakes is not good business. Never had issues this bad back in the day, this new batch of employees tho, don't feel like i can trust them anymore, cuz who would lie over something as simple as forgetting to pass an order thru to shipping, then claiming customer never ordered??
