    If you dont already know, NDZ is a great seller that sells great stuff at great prices. once the spring and rod hit the 200 round mark is when it really came ito its own. keep it greased and it will be quiet and smooth. almost makes my parts build as smooth as my buddy's X5 legion. may have to try a 12 or 13 lbs spring to get it there. Im running it with a SS guide rod on a gen4 19L slide that swaps between a 19.4 frame and a dagger fullsize frame and it works flawless in both.
