    The quality and condition of the item were very disappointing. The poor appearance of the item is clear in the pictures. Item arrived damaged, with a beat-up box and no protective packaging. The cans rattled freely, likely ruining carbonation. For the price I paid, the careless packaging and poor condition are unacceptable. I contacted the seller on the 17th with no response. Experiences like this hurt the value and trust buyers expect on eBay.

    This buyer tried to extort me for a partial refund because the shipping box was mishandled. They did not even attempt to open the box to see that I wrap all my products with plenty of bubble and tape it on it. I explained to them that the shipping box did its job and instead of the case of redbull inside being beat up, its the box which is why sellers use boxes. You can clearly see in the picture that the box shows no signs of liquid damage. In other words he tried to scam and it failed.
