    Shipping was fast, the packaging was good and the films are in good condition. There were a few missing disks that weren’t mentioned in the description. 3 were missing DVD’s but had the Blu-Rays and 1 was missing the Blu-Ray but had the DVD. I notified the seller to see if they might have the missing disks but they no longer had them. The seller provided a solution that I felt was good for both parties. This lot was a great value with excellent films. I would buy from this seller again.

    Shout out to the seller for ending this transaction with a positive outcome. I had questions and he replied timely. When I got the item the description was not quite right. I was upset but he did respond and explained what happened. He was nice enough to ask me what I felt I needed to make it right, not what he wanted. The item I received was in good condition and very usable so it really was an oversight in the description. Perfect transaction no, would I buy from him again a very big YES.

    Item was in like new condition as promised and well packed for shipment. However, some of the DVDs would not play in any of our players. We contacted the seller, and they allowed us to ship it back to them at no cost and were polite and helpful. Despite the issues with the item, which were out of their control, they made it right.
