    I got the 3DS and didn’t feel it was as described so I opened a case and the seller quickly issued a refund and sent a shipping label, I will admit though they didn’t really communicate back but it was the holidays so I’ll give them that. Because of this after I sent back the item and it was delivered it took a few days for a refund to be issued but it was issued, overall this seller was great to work with (despite some of the non communication at times) and I wish them the best in future sales!
