Make a long story short I had to return them and Bunkmart was the only one that reached out and asked me how they can fix it. I told them the belt I needed and send pictures and within 24 hrs they found me a buckle. Was very very happy with their performance that I gave them a small list of parts and purchased more. Fast shipping and packaging great. Would highly recommend
