    Seller listed a $200 helmet as a Medium and sent me an XXXL sized helmet, when i realized that it wasn’t just a brand-specific medium that ran large in size and actually was an XXXL (it was discreetly hidden in an inner tag tucked away inside the helmet) , the seller refused to respond to my messages and refused to return/refund.     This item was kept and used for the entire riding season, and only after months of use, the buyer requested a return. I did respond promptly to correspondence, but the buyer is not happy that they can use the item and send it back months later.
