The item was listed as new and unopened , but the item had clearly been opened, which alarmed and upset my son and me. I asked my son to confirm all parts were present and thankfully they were. I refunded the buyer 33% ($25) of the purchase price as soon as I found out. He had good things to say but decided to leave Neutral Feedback...SMH

It was packaged very well, no issue with it. It came exactly as described. It was brand new, just like what was advertised. Seller sent messages often to update status of it, which was nice.
