The item was listed as new and unopened , but the item had clearly been opened, which alarmed and upset my son and me. I asked my son to confirm all parts were present and thankfully they were. I refunded the buyer 33% ($25) of the purchase price as soon as I found out. He had good things to say but decided to leave Neutral Feedback...SMH
