    The necktie appears to be in excellent condition. The seller specifically advertised that it would be shipped via Priority Mail. However, the "Priority Mail" box was wrapped in a plastic sleeve and shipped via Grounds Advantage, a clear misrepresentation for a more profitable return to this seller. I will not be doing business with her again. She made nearly a $5.00 profit on shipping charges. Just imagine what she is getting on larger items.
