When I received the item, the game cartridge's label was peeling off, and the case had damage as well. The packing was also very poor, absolutely no protection at all. I requested a return, which was denied by the seller, saying they never noticed the peeling off, and the game looked fine when they shipped it. They basically hid the damage and lied about the condition. "peeling of label" was not seen to us so not really sure what you're indicating. We describe & photograph in detail. When the item left our possession it looked as pictured. It was shipped & you received what was stated in the description. Full case, working order, complete. It's a 16 year old game in VERY GOOD COMPLETE WORKING CONDITION.
