Three items out of five arrived but the shade 004 was unusable due to internal clumping and drying out, so really only two items out of five ordered were OK. Photos were provided. Seller was friendly and wanted to sort it out, I was told a replacement order was in the mail for the missing items but I was partially refunded instead possibly due to lack of stock.
