The seller then claimed the item was damaged during return shipping (although no damage shown in the pictures he provided) and only issued a partial refund. They said eBay would return the rest. This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to recoup whatever he can from the item - knowing now that buyers won’t fall for his fake counterfeit products.
