Technical features on this Epson FX printer include print speeds up to 680 characters per second and a bi-directional print direction. It is also PC platform supported. The media capacity on this Epson FX printer is a one-sheet input feeder, and the printer is compatible with plain paper, envelopes, and labels. In addition, the device accepts continuous forms and roll paper. The reliability on the Epson FX-2190 is 20,000 hours mean time between failures, and the cartridge life is approximately 400 million characters. A Windows 95 and above operating system is required to use this dot matrix printer.
