When confronted, they said “I don’t consider that damaged.” Refused to accept return or cover shipping. Completely irresponsible handling of a collectible item and dismissive attitude. Winning cheap doesn’t license you to damage it prior to shipping. I didn’t want it free—I wanted accountability. Your conduct shows disregard for buyers and collectible.
