Instead, you have to pack it back up and return it with a request for a refund. Follow eBay's rules and do not share your personal email address, if pushed, they can supply the return label through the eBay platform like everyone else. It took eBay to leverage a response and a return label. Note that to get the picture quality garland you will have to double it. I will avoid this company in the future.
