    This order was satisfied. Shipping took a bit more time, but that's okay. The packaged protection by seller for the MTG card could be improved with a thick top loader sleeve or sandwiched cardboard slabs for next time. However, luckily the single inside black sleeve didn't get bent with just two sandwiched notecards. This card is in English language, as described. It definitely has a foil etched texture and #0196 in ACR set- what I paid for. Decent business and many thanks! B+
