First offered a discount, but I didn't accept so they did take the item back despite a no return policy. There were some return shipping issues due to USPS snafu. Ebay helped insure the return was accepted and I was refunded despite a delayed arrive (25 days shipping!). When I received, item was packed well and they offered at a good price.
