Seller had the boots and made a second listing to have me buy them again and pay shipping again after offering a refund once the shirt they sent was returned. We negotiated and they agreed to send me the boots and not charge shipping again. I received the boots they are WAY TOO SMALL despite being the same size as other boots I wear. Now I cannot make a return and they will not answer my messages. I am stuck with $115 boots that don’t fit!
