- 1***1 (57)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe DVD was scratched so it was unreadable by 3 separate computers and my PS5. Just something that happens with DVDs and CDs. After messages to the seller my final message was when the seller received the DVD back to test it to see if it would play . If it did then the problem was with my software/hardware and to NOT send a replacement but issue a refund. If it didn t? Then send replacement as the disc was the problem. Seller just issued a refund w/o getting the disc back. The computer should have been able to at least read what files were on it and fail at some point moving the files. Buyers said if I believed their computer could not read the files even with out scratches to then issue a refund. I issued a full refund with out them having to return the item. Negative feedback makes no scene. If they wanted a replacement you don't open a case where you can only refund.
