    ⛔️⛔️⛔️.. Purchased a complete engine from this company which had a damaged engine wiring harness connector to ECU. Said it was damaged in transit when it clearly had been like that for a while and was not checked. Needed a complete engine wiring harness to rectify the fault at a cost of £360 + vat plus labour. The company offered £30 compensation. The engine has been returned for a refund. Would never use this company again. Only fair that i share my honest feedback about this company…⛔️⛔️⛔️

    We have investigated and confirmed that the connector damage occurred after the item left our premises, which was clearly explained to the buyer.The buyer demanded a £564 partial refund for a single damaged plug — far exceeding any reasonable repair cost. When this was declined, we offered a goodwill payment and accepted a full return for a complete refund, which was processed promptly.We’re always happy to resolve any issue, but it must be done fairly and with common sense.
