Upon arrival, tested drive and it would only hold 64gb not the advertised 4TB. I notified seller and they said send it back. I did and provided tracking. When tracking showed it was delivered, I notified them, no response. 2 days later I messaged them providing tracking information showing it had been delivered to them and requesting a refund, no response. I had to ask eBay to step in and get a refund for me.
